Sun and clouds and enormous container port

The Singapore Flyer, world's largest Ferris wheel at 165 m tall. It's been shut down for a few weeks due to a power supply problem, but never fear, the mall and restaurants at the bottom are still open for business. We hear they did some dramatic rescues by rope of the people who were in it when it stopped.
