On the (yellow) stairs leading up to the (entirely yellow) Malay shrine on the hill on Kusu Island. You can buy a joss stick or a little strip of yellow cloth to tie in a tree for a prayer. They say if you want to have a baby, tie a little rock to the yellow cloth for a boy, and a fan for a girl. We saw no dangling objects but loads of yellow cloth tied in the trees.
