This is Snoring Bay on Sucia Island. We had a gorgeous slot harbor all to ourselves...and then we found out why. Somehow a gentle westerly everywhere else swirled around in the wind tunnel of Snoring Bay and transformed itself to a howling gale. Not conducive to sleep, but a beautiful place nonetheless. If you want a peaceful night we recommend that you anchor in one of the other coves.
