The other is a floating art installation; 10,000 white plastic balls were provided on which people could write their hopes and dreams for 2009 with a marker. Then the balls were tethered in a section of the bay in front of the Durians. They are patrolled by guards in Boston whalers. They are illuminated at night with yellow lights so that they glow like lanterns. In the background, business (construction) as usual.
